What happens at this event?

A gentle and supportive course designed for new mums and their babies. Each week blends postnatal yoga to ease aches, reconnect your core and pelvic floor, and build strength — with baby yoga to encourage bonding, rhythm, and play.

Enjoy calming breathwork, gentle movement, and shared moments with your little one in a warm, baby-friendly space.

🍼 Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (8 weeks after c-section), up to pre-crawling.

FAQ's
WHAT IF MY BABY CRIES OR NEEDS FEEDING DURING CLASS?
Please do not worry if your baby cries or needs feeding during class. Classes are all led by babies so there is no need to worry!
WHEN CAN I START MUM & BABY YOGA & MASSAGE?
We would recommend waiting until around 6-12 weeks postnatal, but everyone is different so get in touch if you have a specific question about starting. We want you to start when you are feeling better and a little more yourself. There is yoga for mum in these sessions but the poses can be adapted for all levels.
I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL ATTEND A MOONBEAM CLASS?
Yes, all our classes are suitable for beginners. So, whether you've never practiced before or have more experience our classes are suitable.

I loved the mum and baby yoga session. Becky was so nice and there was plenty of time to talk with other mums, which was great. Its a very relaxing class that goes along the flow :)
