No all equipment is provided for class including yoga mat, blocks, blankets.

I've only been to two classes so far, but my yoga teacher has been really warm and welcoming. As a beginner, I appreciated how they made the space feel comfortable and encouraging. It’s helped me feel more at ease and motivated to keep going.

Fantastic first beginners yoga with Becky, I felt quite apprehensive at first with me being new to the area ,but I need not have worried . No sooner had I got there I was immediately put at ease, helped that I seen a familiar face Kate (who I met over the summer) and other ladies who welcomed me and even had a bit of a giggle with!
I’ll definitely be returning and if you haven’t already booked on … I’d recommend doing so quickly as spaces get taken up so fast.
