A 6 weeks beginners yoga course. Guiding you through breathing exercises, yoga postures and flows and a relaxation to end.

I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL ATTEND A MOONBEAM CLASS?
Yes, this class is aimed at beginners.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT OR ANY EQUIPMENT?
No all equipment is provided for class including yoga mat, blocks, blankets.

Joined this class as a complete beginner and found it east to follow. After a few years of not doing much exercise, I was surprised by how much I could do with Becky's instruction. There is a friendly welcoming atmosphere, with people of all ages and body shapes. The space and equipment provided is great too. Would highly recommend to anyone curious about trying yoga or coming back to yoga after a break. I hope to sign up for a more advanced class when this finishes.

This class is suitable for all ages
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
