I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL ATTEND A MOONBEAM CLASS?
Yes, all our classes are suitable for beginners. So, whether you've never practiced before or have more experience our classes are suitable.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN YOGA MAT OR ANY EQUIPMENT?
No all equipment is provided for class including yoga mat, blocks, blankets.
IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE POSTNATALLY?
We would recommend waiting until around 4 months postnatal, but everyone is different so get in touch if you have a specific question about starting.
